THE B A S I C S ♥
Name: This is the internet! I have no name!
Nickname(s): Ivy-chan, clearly!
Age: It is a deep and unfathomable thing, my age. No one may guess it.
Likes/Interests: Art, literature, creative writing, swords and various other weapons, nature, all manner of wild animals, movies with actual plot and substance, women's studies,(come on, the feminism kind, not...knitting or whatever,) sculpting, painting, jewelry-making, D&D, roleplay, and comedy.
Dislikes/Pet Peeves: Horrible writing, ignorance, prejudice, injustice, people who disrespect me, and people who seem to have all the logic centers removed from their brains.

THE F A V E S ♥
(and try to explain why)
Color: Blue. It's relaxing, somewhat spiritual, and seems to have a depth to it. Probably related to the connotations it carries with water and that element.
Movie: I don't have one. I typically like movies with compelling characters that make me care for them, and especially ones that turn stereotypes around on their sides. I like movies that show female characters as strong leads in their own right, and not just there to support the men. As you can imagine, it's really awfully hard to find those. Almost IMPOSSIBLE. At the moment, I think my favorite movie is Labyrinth. Old classic.
Book: I read far too much to pick a favorite. At the moment I'm enjoying The Secret Life of Bees, Wicked, and an autobiography by Salvador Dali.
Song: 'Pretty Girl', by Ani DiFranco, because of how it deals with gender roles, and anything by Pat Benatar.
Food: Sansai udon- a kind of Japanese noodle soup.
Animal: Lion! I'm a proud Leo.
Season: Summer. It's warm, full of opportunities to do exciting outdoor activities like ninja flashlight tag (way too old to play this,) go to the beach, have cook-outs, etc. And, of course, my birthday is in the summer.

THE P E R S O N A L I T Y ♥
What are some positive things about you?: I'm not one to take anything lying down. I'll fight for what I believe in, and I'm no one's doormat. I don't do passive-aggressive: when I have something to say, I'll say it, and I'll say it straight out. I'm active, I'm strong. I can defend myself and protect the people I care for. I'm an oldest sibling in every way: I'm very protective of my siblings. When I make friendships I plan on making them last. I'm loyal and I treasure friends dearly.
Negative things?: I can be too opiniated, I'm stubborn, and I have a temper. I'm too proud to go to people for help with my problems, and I refuse to show others what I think is weakness, even if it hurts me more than helps me.
What do your friends and family mean to you?: Very precious, but only the closest family members and friends. I'm distant to other people, but when I do make a strong friendship I treasure it dearly. My family is very important to me, and although I have my problems with them, and I am sometimes hurt or alienated by them, there isn't much I wouldn't do to help them.
What do you want most out of life?: Happiness. Excitement. No matter what I do with my life, I want to lead one that satisfies me. I don't need money or power or fame, but I do want to do something extraordinary with my life. I want excitement and crazy adventures.
Are you the type to lead or to follow?: Lead. I don't have it in my to bend to other people's judgement.

THE P R I N C E S S ♥
Describe your clothing style: Practical. I wear blues, earth tones, and denim. Nothing baggy or misfittng, but nothing fancy, either. I wear clothes for comfort, keeping in mind how well I can move in them. (I'm active!)
Describe your dream home: Something interesting and slightly whimsical. I don't want a huge house, in fact, small spaces are more comfortable for me. I'd like lots of light, unusual architecture, plenty of bookshelves, and a place for me to do my art. I'd like it near some kind of natural place- a forest, a river, the sea. And I'd like it with very few people nearby.
What kind of princess do you think you'd be?: Hopefully not a traditional one at all. XD My favorite princess growing up was SHERA, PRINCESS OF POWER! Frankly, the life of a (traditional European) princess seems oppressive to me, with all the responsibilities and behavior training that goes with it. I like striking it out on my own!
What are your views on love?: Rather jaded, I'm afraid. If it ever comes my way, I'll take it, but I feel fulfilled and complete without it. I don't need another person to define myself or my happiness with life.
Of course there's a villain trying to spoil your happy ending. How do you solve the problem?: Defeat him with my cunning plans, naturally!

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?: Not really. I'm pretty awful at summarizing myself, actually.
