In a nutshell, eh? Well, I suppose that in a nutshell I'm just a happy-go-lucky, optimistic, fun-loving, caring, sweet, adorable, humorous person who just likes to have fun and be happy all of the time. I like to think that if my personality had a color it would be yellow and pink swirled together. Like a strawberry-lemon sorbet. If you can imagine.
♥ ›› What are some positive, attracting traits about you?:
MY HILARIOUSNESS, of course. I'm pretty witty and on the button most of the time, and I always make whoever I'm with laugh. I'm also very compassionate, I care a lot about people, and I'd probably do whatever I could for the love of my life if they needed something. Oh yes. Um. I can also, erm, wiggle my hips around in some sort of strange mating ritual in order to attract the heart of my life. Not really, that's just a joke. I swear. I've also been told I can be adorably cute and geeky by my past loves, so I guess that's attracting to some people... maybe.
♥ ›› And some negative not-so-attracting traits?:
I bite my fingernails, that's kind of not so attractive, I guess. Ha ha. I'm sort of ditzy, too, and I'm not always consistent with whatever I'm doing (if I have plans I might change them at the last minute, or I'll be into one thing and then suddenly go off onto another thing... I'm very unpredictable and that can be a good thing sometimes, but usually people are irked by that).
♥ ›› What are some traits that are ideal for the perfect guy?:
Well, he's got to be funny for one thing. And if he's not funny he's got to at least laugh at my jokes. So that's either someone who's outgoing and hilarious, or quiet, sweet, yet with a great sense of humor. If I was hitched to some serious spoilsport I would be extremely miserable. Also, they'd have to be someone I could go on crazy adventures with, and who could roll with my spontaneity. Also, tall, dark, and handsome. But that's a given, right?
♥ ›› What are some traits that are an instant rejection in a guy?:
If they're cocky I don't want to be near them. Guys who think that they can walk on water and believe they're better than you are an instant no. The boy needs some ounce of humility!
♥ ›› Describe what your perfect date would be like:
I totally forget if I had either seen this in a movie, or if it was in a dream or something, but this would be one of the ideal scenarios for me: Guy and girl are on date at fancy restaurant. Girl is a strict vegetarian, kind of ticked off at the fact that this place is steaming lobsters alive and selling them. Guy gets sort of adventurous and both of them release the lobsters from their tank, grab some of them, and then run out of the restaurant in a flurry as they hightail it for the ocean where they throw the lobsters back in. Afterwards they go to some grocery store and get some food and a bottle of wine, go back to the beach, and just sit there late at night, drinking wine and chucking rocks into the ocean.
...yeah, that's a pretty weird scenario there, but that kind of turns the quintessential dinner date on top of it's head, huh? Something like that: adventurous, yet also I guess a little bit normal (as in even if we ditched the restaurant I'd still be hungry).
♥ ›› Do you tend to fall for the tall, dark, mysterious and handsome, or the light-hearted, cheerful and sometimes silly guys? Or maybe a little in between?:
I fall for the mysterious ones, I usually end up with the cheerful silly guys. I don't know, I always have crushes on the hotties, but they usually never seem to be interested in me because they're either 1) muscular and handsome but dumber than dirt, or 2) they're just too serious. Handsome, well-built, super-studs are great. Thin, dorky-looking, sort of cute guys are great, too. I guess it all depends on their personality for me. Looks don't matter when I'm looking for that special soulmate of mine. Hoo baby.
♥ ›› Do you believe opposites attract or those with many things in common?:
When I'm in a relationship with someone who has different interests than me it just never works out. You got to have something in common, otherwise what the heck would you talk about? Conversing about the weather gets old after a while.
♥ ›› Are money, power or looks in a man important to you?:
I always tell my mom I want to marry a hot, rich orphan boy. *sigh* What a dream. XD But realistically, that obviously isn't the type of guy I should be looking for, or that I'll even find for that matter (as much as I might want to). Heck, I'd want to be financially stable at least, but power or looks don't really matter in the long run. As long as food would be provided on the table in SOME way if me and my lover boy ever decided to get married, I'm cool with that.
♥ ›› Do you believe in your man doing things for you or do you like to do things yourself?:
You mean like if there was a three-headed fire-breathing monster setting fire to the entire city and I grasped in one of it's claws screaming my head off?
...I'd still want to beat that damn monster up myself. XD But if lover boy came to save me, eh, I wouldn't mind. ;) So, 50/50 on this one, I suppose.
♥ ›› Do you believe in a more traditional marriage (the woman stays home and homemakes, the man goes out and works) or do you believe in a more modern marriage?:
Erm, I definitely wouldn't be worshiping the ground that the man walked on everytime he came home from work. I think that it depends on if we had kids or not. I definitely would like to persue my own career, but I would still want to take care of the little ones at home if we ever had them. Actually, in my case, I'm setting for a job where I can do whatever I want to do work-wise at home, so it really doesn't matter to me. However, I don't like staying in the same place all of the time. I guess I'm saying I don't mind traditional marriage, and I don't mind modern marriage, but a strange... weird... mixture of the two. If that makes any sense.

Erm, out of the ones in this particular matchmaking session thing... I don't know! They're all pretty cool fellas, I suppose.
