Luke, ever blaming himself. Hopefully, Luke will give Reid a little time and then to to him. gotta love Lucinda. Honesty no matter what. Loved this chapter, especially Oscar the Grouch and Cookie Monster. I would have had to buy both for him.
"Actually, I think it's quite fitting," Luke joked. "And Ethan helped me pick it out. It was either that or Cookie Monster. It was a tough call." Yes, Oscar the Grouch is very fitting. He's also my very favorite character from Sesame Street. I even named my cat after him. Awwww.
Wow, that pool house scene was getting hot and heavy. I'm curious about the tattoo, and also wondering if Reid bolted because he was in love once (maybe this Rhys person) and he died, so he's leery to get involved again. Poor Luke. Poor Reid. I can't wait for more!
I love Lucinda! She's brilliant. I'm glad she was there to put the seed in Luke's head so he doesn't doubt himself too much. And so that the awesome 'everything sandwich' doesn't go to waste. That woman can pack 'em away with the best of them. ;)
OMG! We must be twins. I loved Snuffalupagus too! But someone once told me that he couldn't be my favorite because he was only Big Bird's imaginary friend. I was 5. :(
My husband had a black and white tuxedo cat named Felix, after Felix the cat. So our two cats were Felix and Oscar--like the Odd Couple. And they fit those roles perfectly. Felix was clean and neat and aloof. Oscar was fat and messy and would just lay around the house in a big lump. LOL
Hey, we like playing with imaginary friends around here. That's why we write fan fiction! :D
"Felix the cat, the wonderful, wonderful cat. You'll laugh so much your sides will ache; you heart will go pitter-pat..." Why does the mind hold onto this useless information for decades?

LOL I love Lucinda! And I'm very, very intrigued by Reid's tattoo, and his behavior.

He was always my favorite character too, along with Snuffy.
Then Elmo came along and stole the show...
