Ending a crazy weekend...
Last week from the 17th to the 21st was a royal pain in the ass financially! Actually, come to think of it, the week before too- Work had been so stressful with two hour meetings every other freaking day and our need to meet 10 face to face meetings with new clients a week and to top it off send contracts out with new business and maintain all admin duties as a Sales Manager, just sent me over the edge with stress. I felt like I was spinning wheels. My weekly goal to meet is $25k- and that's tough to do when you only are given 34 hours to get it all done and everything else on top of that plus keeping a detailed log of everything I do. YIKES. And monthly goal is $111,400.00 URRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Smile and move forward. ..
Seems like everything hit at once like a bolt of lightening. I was so ready for a vacation...
Property taxes have sky-rocketed in WDC and I am feeling the pinch, thanks to all the renovating all the neighbors are doing around me.... During that same week, my 11 year old cat Eros, needed dental surgery and I was scraping to make ends meet without draining every last penny out of my account.
I dropped him off last Friday the 21st of March and picked him up later that day. He was really high on kittie drugs..
He was actually very amusing to watch, he was loving on everything, even the dogs leg and water bowls.. Man, I could have used what he was on too...
That was the night I had the best dinner. James had come down early in the day and by the time I got off work and walked through the door he had made me a killer and stellar dinner. The menu was: Curried Chicken, Twice Baked Potatoes, Broccoli and a Garden Salad. Wow he really knows how to rock my world. James made me forget that I had had a shitty week and his love totally embraced me with warm fuzzies...
Oh yeah he's the best! MEOW! I even got my toe nails painted.. Doing the happy Goddess dance..... I am so blessed to have him in my life.
