Photography course

vickehh and I have recently started a photography course at Evolution Arts. Various people have said that they've heard good things about this course, but it appears the usual teacher is away and we have Denise Felkin taking our course. Frankly I'm disappointed with the course. She's not very good with the technical bits and it's not really been anything more than a show and tell with your homework every week. There's not been any discussion on how to improve your photos. I've learnt more from Vicky than I have from Denise. We had an entire lesson on composition and the rule of thirds was never even mentioned.

The plus side of the course is that they set homework each week and ask you to bring in three images on a theme. (Oddly, you don't have to do them especially for the course, so you could have done them in the past and they don't even have to be your images. Seems a bit pointless to use someone else's work) Anyway, I thought I'd post my images on here so you can see them and offer criticism, cos christ knows I'm not getting it on the course :)

Apologies for the noise; the images were taken using film and then scanned in from the negative. Sadly the processor we used were a bit rubbish.

Update: Resized the images and linked to the flickr page, so you can actually see the images in my layout.
