So having two of them dropped onto her doorstep at seven in the morning without any warning? Rattled her a bit.
Granted, they were really cute kids. And in some weird way Michael was actually her blood nephew. Well, second cousin technically. But since she and Chloe were a lot more like sisters, she considered any kid of Chloe's to be her niece or nephew.
Still.
It was all just weird. Especially considering they were supposed to be adults.
And the fact that there was a small furry dog currently running around her apartment didn't improve her mood or her allergies.
