I just received the best compliment I’ve received in… I don’t know, forever?
A student tweeted my teacher account (yes, I have one of those) to let me know that he misses my class dearly, “More than I miss Matt Smith as the 11th doctor.” OH. MY. GAWD.
It’s students like this that make me want to be a better teacher.
