Are you going to remember which exercise goes for which happening though? Maybe stick a note on the TV to remind you? Also don't forget to put a goal, not just an action, like "10 sit ups" instead of "sit-ups".
I updated the list yesterday, and I will post the new chart. As for a goal, I did that for a few on the new list; for some of the others (like the plank), the assumption is that you will continue until the action is done. That can, of course, be problematic for something like Sherlock's deducing which can easily go on for a full 10 minutes!
