using livejournal for thesis updates ended up not being terribly successful.  plus, it was super-boring for anyone other than me, so i've given up.

we'll see how much i use this now.  i may post a random thought or two every now and again, but mostly, i think this will be my quick and easy way to keep tabs on cuteoverload and gofugyourself...  :

... for introducing me to gofugyourself. i can already see that perusing these viciously biting write-ups and horrifying photos will occupy a great deal of time that should otherwise be dedicated to gainful pursuits (on my employer's behalf)... when i get fired for inordinate amounts of personal internet usage or for having billed no hours, you will know where the blame lies.
