Sad sad sad
I recently read these results from a survey that Archaeology magazine published (hey, it's good reading):
49% of Americans do not think that humans evolved over the course of millions of years
51% of Americans think that humans and dinosaurs co-existed
85% of Americans think archaeologists study dinosaurs
It just makes you want to bang your head on the wall, doesn't it?
