Australia ramblings
More Australia stuff:
I'm taking today off 'cuz yesterday I gave my Philsoc talk. I found out I would be giving said talk about 48 hours before the talk, so I had to put together about an hour's worth of material that wouldn't make me sound dumb to present in front of a particularly bad-ass crowd. (Or, y'know, as bad-ass as philosophers get). So, I've presented some old work at the AAP, some new work at the RSSS, and now I try to relax and see some more kangaroos. And drink a lot of tea. I'm getting better about drinking beer, too.
Also, still working on my Tim Tam Slam form. Oh, the Tim Tams.
Next week, Amy and I are headed up to Queensland and warmth. And koalas you can hug and kangaroos you can feed. Then, beaches and rainforests!
Then, back here, more philosophy, Syndey at some point (it's really odd that we haven't seen Syndey yet, even though it's rather close), then home on the 14th. Woo!
