Finally finishing some minis (mostly)
So today I finally got round to painting some of my minis from the Kaeris and Colette box sets in Malifaux and am rather pleased with the results. Devlan Mud goes a long way and makes everything look good!
I apologize for the poor image quality. Currently I have only my phone to take pictures with which is a shame.
I'm hoping that given time I might be painting as good as some of the display pieces at DS. Now I just have to make bases for them and finish the rest of the set. Bases always seem to be the trickiest part for me but I was thinking of using some Sculpey to make a cobblestone street bases which should be helped along by some of these from Malifaux...
I think it would be mega awesome if the lamppost was made to actually light up! That would be a project to take a while though but I have to see how feasible it is with a LED I was thinking maybe with the wire running up the outside but made to look like a vine?
