Ranting online during office hours is definitely not the most professional thing to do, but sometimes a ranty girl gotta do what a ranty girl's gotta do. haa.
Being in a team mixed with ALL sorts of weird people really takes the cake.
In no particular order of ranty-ness....
- Do not complain when you did not even lift a finger to help.
- Do not fuckin' push the blame to your team mates because we are a TEAM.
- Do not expect people to be doing everything for you, just because you are busy. What makes you think I have all the time in the world?
- I make time for things, do you? If the answer is no, then really....fuck off.
- Please at least have the courtesy to let your team mates know if you cannot make it for OUR own event. Basic courtesy and common sense.
- If a task is given to you, make sure you do a good job out of it. Lame excuses like "i try to remember because i am very busy" is not acceptable. I am very busy too, oh I forgot I put in effort to MAKE TIME and you don't.
Not trying to be a bully or tyrant or complain queen. Just feeling pissed that I am possibly the only one feeling the way I do.
