...Does anyone here know how to read strange lettering?

It seems I've been left a note by someone with.. questionable motives, and I can't read it.

What type of strange lettering, if I may ask? I'm fluent in several languages.

Hm. The device they gave you at the Travel Agency is capable of recording images - there should be an icon that looks like a camera, somewhere.

It appears to be a request for contact of some sort - it says 'Call me', with [number] written below - I assume it's the contact number for whomever left it.
