I'm not trying speculate, I just want to make sure people get the help they need without worrying about having to pay someone for it.

No, they shouldn't have to pay for anything they need. Besides...since there's no munny, someone may not want whatever people try to pay them with. Or...some people have weird ideas about what is "payment."

Sorry to break in on the subject, but... there were people like that where I'm from. Who asked for weird payment and try to do... things.
