* So in addition to this recent spoiler and these two, guess who's in the Christmas special:
Sir Anthony Strallan aka Robert Bathurst: I have a fairly satellite part in Downton Abbey - I was in the last series and am back for the Christmas edition. I play Sir Anthony Strallan, who is chasing Edith in an oblique way. When I complained to Julian Fellowes that Sir Anthony is supposed to be 50 and she's 23 he said, rather too wistfully: "Yes, but you'd have got away with it in those days."
