One minor disaster averted, the date was a success. (The coffee shop I'd chosen was temporarily closed, so we had to find someplace else.) We talked for a couple of hours, then decided to hit the movie theatre down the street. (Apaloosa is very good, by the way.)
No immediate fireworks, but there's potential. We agreed that a second date is definitely in order. Now I just have to find the time in my crazy work schedule!
