"The coolest people are freaks."

~Jensen directing=YAY!

~Stubbly!Jensen is just too damn pretty.

~Dude, does Dean's hospital gown match Cas' from 5.18?

~Bobby: Why are you on the floor?
Dean: They gave me morphine. ...A lot.

~Three weeks later: Is Dean watching telenovellas? XD

~Dean/Pie=OTP

~Bobby: Seems to me Sam's head ain't no different than your leg. People heal on a curve.

~♥ Bobby, always.

~Of course the Gas & Sip is Winchester grocery central.

~Sam didn't bring pie? Blasphemy!

~Now I can believe bad horror is Dean's style...

~Bobby: Maybe he needed a little "me time"?
Dean: Yeah, but his "me time" ain't just him!

~Baby!Sam researching and crushing is beyond adorable.

~Of course Sam would go 2-on-1 for a girl! Dean trained him well.

~I'd say that at least she only kills scumbags, but Atlantis already covered that in the Olesia episode ("Condemned", 2.05?). Eventually, you run out of scumbags, and what gives you the right to decide?

~Young Sam: Okay, but be honest, moving all the time sucks. You're always the new kid, and everyone always thinks you're a freak.
Young Amy: Sam, you ARE a freak. But so is... I don't know, Jimi Hendrix, and Picasso. So am I. All the coolest people are freaks.

~Amy Pond. Nice alias. XD

~Sam: I've been around enough bad to know good when I see it.

~Anyone else see the kid coming from a mile away?

~So Sam will walk away, but will Dean?

~Oh, the mother did NOT just call the Impala a piece of crap!

~She killed her own mother to save Sam. :(

~Sam: I see the way you look at me, Dean--like I'm a grenade, and you're waiting for me to go off.
Dean: Sam...
Sam: I'm not going off. Look, I might be a freak, that's not the same thing as dangerous.
Dean: I didn't say--
Sam: It's okay, say it. I've spent a lot of my life trying to be normal. But come on, I'm not normal. Look at all the crap I've done, look at me now. I'm a grade A freak! But I'm managing it.

~And it's all going to go to hell when Sam finds out that Dean didn't trust him after all. I honestly don't see the point where Dean gets off being judge & jury, killing Amy just because she killed. Am I saying what she did was right? No. But I don't think he has a leg to stand on--how many people has he tortured, how many humans have had backseats in their own minds while he went to work on demons and eventually killed them? How is he any better than her? In fact, she was doing what she had to do (temporarily) so her son could live! And it seems pretty damn pointless to "spare" the son's life and expect him not to kill, when his only source of "cruelty-free" food, his mother the mortician, is dead on the bed by Dean's hand. I hope we get some real consequences from this, because I don't like it one bit. It's like the writers aren't happy with two mildly-dysfunctional, codependent, but still likeable brothers. In recent seasons, it's like they have to throw in something to make us actively against one of them--demon-blood addiction, soulless-Sam, Dean being an ass, and now this heartless killing of a sympathetic character after seeming to promise Sam that he wouldn't. What gives?

NEXT WEEK: That said, maybe it plays into Osiris judging the hell out of Dean next week. I'm really looking forward to that. *crosses fingers that they do it justice, but chances are it will be like the similar ep of Atlantis, which had so much potential, and yet I believe siriaeve wrote it first and better*
