Concordia
Last night was the beginning of WOW weekend. I think it was mostly for the freshmen, but I could be wrong on that. All of the RA and WOW leaders put on skits for us. They were very amusing. i loved them. It was nice to catch up on my laughing.
All the inside jokes were opened for in.
The Concordia walks- Basically if any guy and girl go on a walk toogether alone..its a good sign that they are about to date or already dating.
Sharing a hymn- If any guy or girl shares a hymn... its oover with. Your as good as married.
Getting your M.R. S.- Basically all the girls come her for this (even though its not true) and most of us end up leaving with someone elses last name.
The Grass Nazis- We have lawn guys that hate when students walk on their grass. My RA Amber told me that she had broken her leg and was taknga short cut on the grass with her crutches when one of the Grass Nazis screamed at her.
Awkward Moments- Self explanitory.
As I was sitting there I coudnt help but blush. Joe and I had gone on more than a few Concordia walks in the past week. And we knew about the rumors to begin with. I wondered why I was so repelled by the thought of a guy actually liking me. I guess I wasn't used to the attention? I haven't the faintesst.
But we at leat got our results for Acappella...and sadly I didnt not make it. Not thoroughly disappointed. As long as I get to go on tour with them in 09 I think i will be alright. Going to Europe with be amazing. :-)
