First time I've done one of these; even if no one else cares to read it, I thought it might be fun to put together: So here we go!
1. Shortest fic you've ever written:
Untitled Comment Fic, 42 words for the prompt "Angel/Leverage, Lindsey & Eliot, one took their mother's name and the other took their father's." (I'm sure I wrote a few 6 word stories along the way, but didn't catalog them.)
2. Longest fic you've ever written:
Daffodils came in at 12,515 words.
3. Your best fic:
I'm really proud of
Through Glass, a Finnick/Annie one-off that evolved from Hunger Games comment fic. It was something I felt that really helped me express my own anxiety. I also still really enjoy
Myself, a Leverage AU in which Sophie is a selkie.
4. Your worst fic:
The Prodigal Son. Supernatural, the early days. :P
5. Your most underrated fic:
I really enjoyed writing
Home (The Hunger Games, Finnick/Annie); I wish it had gotten a little more love.
6. Your most popular fic:
My Team got a lot of love, a Leverage fic from Nate's point of view.
7. Your favorite fic:
8. Your fic that makes people laugh:
9. Your fic that makes people cry:
Clementia (originally posted in 2 parts to the Hunger Games Ficathon
here) is the one that had someone openly profess she was weeping. Finnick/Annie, a pretty hard R-rating. Discussion of instances of dubious consent/rape.
10. Pairing you've written the most:
Finnick and Annie from The Hunger Game. My Steve Rogers/Susan Pevensie crossover is probably a close second.
11. Pairing you've written the least (but at least once):
Clint/Darcy
Ruby/Jefferson
Sophie Devereaux/Phil Coulson
12. Fic that was most OOC for you as a writer:
I wrote some porn once, on a dare:
Untitled Gale/Peeta
13. Fic that best encapsulates you as a writer:
It's between
The Wolf at the Door and
The Black Bull: dancers, and lots of references to stories that are far better than mine.
14. Fic you wish could have been better:
I wrote a Pacific Rim fic about the Kaidonovskies recently which is still giving me fits. Posted to Tumblr:
West of the Sun, East of the Moon.
15. Your hottest most explicit fic:
Liar, Liar (Hunger Games) deals pretty explicitly with Clove's sexuality; it also depicts rape, which I really tried to handle in a way that was respectful, but also in keeping with the culture in which the story takes place. It is sexual; it is not meant to be arrousing
16. Your tamest fic:
You have a variety to choose from. Though
Green Grow the Lilacs is shippy, Steve and Susan are so gosh darn wholesome! There is reference to canonical character death, though, as a word of caution to the faint of heart.
17. Your kinkiest strangest fic: (Not sure why kinkiest and hottest both need to be on the ballot, but anyway)
Frosting (in 3 parts at the circa 2012 Hunger Games Comment Ficathon) was written for a friend who requested Gale/Katniss/Peeta OT3 with the prompt "frosting."
18. Funniest line from one of your fics:
19. Most poignant line from one of your fics:
20. Favorite line from one of your fics:
21. Fic for which you'd like to be remembered:
Radio NowhereDublin Blues deals Eliot during the Moreau years, so it's a bit intense and rough. I think I handled the themes tactfully, but I wouldn't want anyone to take the chance if they have triggers or might find it disrespectful.
