so yeah..whats up
ok..so if you cant tell by what time im writing this...i am wired...i dont often drink coffee and now that i am still sitting here twiddling my thumbs i can see why...i guess its been a while since i thought about live journal or bothered to update or whatever so i guess here goes a little update on the life...
-last 3 weeks have been stressful towards the end of the semester but i am soooooo soooo glad that first semester is gone. first semester grades owned pretty much except for bio..which was acceptable i suppose...
AP English Lit- 90 (98weighted)
AP European Hist- 96 (104weighted!!!)
AP Biology- 86 (94w)..my lowest grade..but i worked hard to get it so lay offfff me...im starving(rip christ farley)
Precalc- 94 (98w)
------> so that business brings my first semester weighted average to a 98.5% this will bring my cumulative gpa up from a 3.97 to a 4.06-4.07 range all in one semester...that should at least help with uva..along with the i think 8 letters of recommendation i have now with the 2 additonal ones i sent with my grades...it certainly cant hurt i guess...
-lacrosse has started...im playing a lot better this year bc ive cut a lot of weight...that is dope..
-i am pretty much done with the whole college thing...had two interviews...one for washu in stlou, and one for washington and lee...i think i did really well in both of them and was able to truly express my feelings about the college process and all that business...
-i hear from clemson in like...a week i guess...maybe ill finally get into college? maybe? please god?
-after i hear from clemson comes the dead period...2 months..no college hearing...i will hear from 8 schools within the period of 2 days...those days will be march 31-april 1st..the days that will live in infamy...i will be hearing from...washu, washington and lee, uva, unc, uga, bucknell u, william and mary, and wake forest...im hoping to get into like...5 of these..uva of course..i mean ive only been ranting about it for 4 months...but i think im at a point where if should i not get into uva...i wont have the epic meltdown of december 3rd, 2005 where i thought i might die..i am exploring my options for once and opening my mind to everywhere ive applied instead of one place...
-ummm...im going to wake in a few weeks with some dear friends of mine...so...that should rule..cant wait to have those special college experiences again..and billions of them next year!!!
-ok did i mention that im stoked for lax this year...its gonna rule...and were taking our disney trip again except with the baseball team this year..so that should add to the tomfoolery that was last year.
-i am graduating in...t-minus like 3 months and a few weeks...ummmm...yeah thats craziness
-second semester is looking bright...illl be sure to update with more of my college rants/obsessions and what not...so...until then i appalogize to anyone who spent the time to read this...anyways...
