ASSIGNMENT: Survey for Extra Credit

You can earn up to 25 points of EXTRA CREDIT by responding to the following survey by 11:59 PM on Friday, April 14. I am interested in your responses to these questions for 2 reasons:
1) I am going to be talking about students’ experiences in online vs. traditional classroom classes at a conference in less than two weeks
2) I want to know how you’re finding this class, so that I can make adjustments as necessary
