#52 on the list
So this weekend i'm embarking on a roadtrip that has quite the array of potential...
Participants: Me, Amy, my flat mate BA and my friend Drew = possible annoyance.
(Amy is chill and not too fond of Americans, BA compares everything to her standard of the four seasons and Drew is from the south at home and plays football at CMU...i feel i'll most likely be playing mediator)
Duration: 10 hours each way
Mode of Transportation: Amy's SUV which is a stick. Me + driving on the opposite side of the road + a stick shift = disaster
Accomodation: A hostel started in the 70s by a hippie couple where we are sleeping in a tee pee = adventure (ya know i built one of those on our playground in 3rd grade but thats a whole nother story)
Aim: Byron Bay/Nimbin for a legalization of marijuana festival = chill bliss
rumor has it that jack johnson and ben harper are playing a surprise show this weekend :)
and so, on thursday night, #52 on the list of things i would only do in a foreign country commences
