My disc and weapons returned to normal functionality [...and much more than that, but that would be the simplest one].

It's complicated. The Admiral may possibly have the ability to restore them.

[User-world physics and parameters are different from the Grid, and so he isn't quite sure if it's even feasible at this point.]
