Ghost Rider: I thought for awhile there that Nicolas Cage would be too old for this role, but I actually became enamoured with him again. I don't know much about the comic book, but I thought this was a fun ride. Works for me. Rating: 4
Brick: I can appreciate what the director and the movie's trying to do, but it didn't work for me. Thewaypeopletalkedwithoutpunctuation really annoyed me, but I do think Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Nora Zehetner stole the light from everyone else. Rating: 2
The Number 23: Okay, this isn't spoilery too much, but I'm SO GLAD that Jim Carrey's character didn't have MPD (or Disassociative Identity Disorder) because that would've pissed me off. I don't want to say TOO much, but Walter Sparrow's fantasy of the dude in the book he's reading is sexy with the tattoos and the hair. I never saw Jim Carrey as sexy before, so whoa. I enjoyed this psychological thriller, altho it wasn't scary at all. Rating: 4
Broken Flowers: I love movies that are like this, with vignettes. The ending leaves me a bit taken aback, but I think that its point. Bill Murray didn't disappoint me at all. Rating: 3
Flightplan: Totally predictable, but I still really liked Jodie Foster's and Peter Sarsgaard's performances. That's all I can say. Rating: 3
