If I hear "take ownership" out of her mouth one more time, I'mma take ownership of sticking my foot so far up her ass, she'll be walking around with my foot in her mouth. Ahem.

Reasons Not to Fuck with Me Today:

• See above. Plus some that I can expound on, at length, in person. Not on LJ, kthnx.
  
• A lovely co-worker of mine (who is quite lovely, really) used to have two folks to assist her with all her work, but both will not be around for the next two weeks for various reasons. Therefore, she needs my assistance, and she will be giving me quite a bit of work to do over the next two to three weeks. On top of my regular work.
  
• We have two slightly-major events coming up which require 300-person mailings and email blasts (which I have to Take Ownership of the email addresses for; aka: if anything is wrong, it's My Fault they don't have a working email address).
  
• I had to BUY khakis for the damn event today, and they don't fit all that great, which makes me annoyed.
  
• My watch died on Saturday, so it's getting fixed (and cleaned!), and so my wrist feels nekkid. Eep.
  
• I just paid my Comcast bill (fooooor two months, including installation), and a couple other bills, and I haven't asked Suzie for money yet because I haven't gotten the electric bill, and things are wonky. TO SUM UP- I AM POOR.

Reasons Why Things Aren't All Bad:

• I have gorgeous new dresses that make me feel like a classy grown up.
  
• ....Of course, these classy dresses cost me an arm and a leg. BUT I DON'T CARE. HAH.
  
• Wes came to our family BBQ yesterday, and he was chatty and adorable. BF, FTW!
  
• Due to asstons of work (see: events PLUS helping my co-worker), I will be keeping a very close eye on my overtime and will be cataloging it precisely. Every quarter hour I am in early (which is usually at least a half hour every day), every minute I don't take a lunch break, and every second I stay after 5pm, I will be asking for money, kthnx. Usually, I am generous with my lunch hours, but No Longer. Give. Me. My. Munneh.
  
• I have money to pay rent, put cheap food in the general vicinity of my mouth, and I clearly have fabulous clothing so I don't run around nekkid. Also? I have money in savings.
  
• My darling boyfriend will (probably, if the plane tickets are fixed) be going to GERMANY on Friday for a week. The plane ticket and hotel will basically be paid for, and he will be seeing our friend Rob, who is serving in Iraq, and who will be on short leave in Germany for two weeks. God, I miss him.
  
• Tonight, I can sit down with a strong beverage and watch Studio 60, putz on the computer, and generally be Not At Work.
  
• Laila is fabulous and amazing and makes me giggle even when things absolutely blow. And? She will totally Kick Anyone's Ass if they fuck with her Lopey.

But. Seeing as how work = the suck, anyone want to entertain me? Please??? I take donations in all forms, especially fic reccs (Supernatural, J2 RPF, Bones, Studio 60, West Wing), picspam (boys of a generally delicious nature, baseball players, etc), and Things That Make Me Laugh.
