the city and the louvre

They're walking the Louvre, sounding it out with unpracticed vowels and almost familiar consonants. Junsu pulls Changmin ahead, steals his camera and tells him to say cheese (in english); Changmin pretends to be mad but he really isn't, not when Jaejoong's laughing openly and pulling him into ridiculous mock-poses, cheesy and perfect.
Yoochun watches, lips curving fondly. He's distracted by Yunho breaking off from the group, straight for a sign above their heads that reads 'Palais du Louvre'. Yunho's lips form the words without sound, brows bunched. Yoochun's smile never fades, only intensifies and he nudges Yunho with a shoulder. "Say it," he says.
Yunho chuckles, concentration broken. "I'll skewer it if I say it outloud," he replies easily, turning to lean against the tall, tall sign; against it, Yunho looks small, looks free.
Yoochun shrugs, murmurs the words, adding lilts where he pleases. Yunho laughs, and Yoochun turns and stands by his side, smiles along with the ringing laughter. "I think I skewered it more," he admits, and Yunho's silence could be an agreement, or it could simply be the moment; Yoochun chooses the latter, breathes in the sweet wind of the city of love and thinks about how there's no other people he'd rather enjoy it with.
