This exercise lark is working I think. Running this morning felt rather good and I managed 28:06. The longer stride is coming more easily. I think the decision to go to twice a week is the right one, those muscles need time to recover between sessions.

Bash yesterday resulted in some nasty bruises, the one on my arse is on the epic size and my left sholder isn't happy either. Combination of tendon feeling strianed and the bruise behind the arm. I am thinking that ordering some zoombang would be a good idea.

Ab exercises with a bruised arse require some thought but using the fit-ball does help. Extra difficulty on the fit ball balance exercises provided by a small friendly dog 8->

Red bird and death was very enjoyable on Friday night, good stories well told. It was fun. Singing for Phryne also went well in spite of the rain. They crowd was so large the shop sold out of books. I got in early so I could spend the afternoon reading it. Pity about the nap attack but I finished it before Bash. A good fun read.

Bash was mostly war style in memory of Arrowsreach. I had fun untill too many repeated shots caused a bit of shock in the system. Beer helped. 8-> Early night and I managed to get up at the new daylight savings time without any problems. Later in the week may be harder but I shall try to get enough sleep. Lots of exercise does help with that too.

9/100 on the abs. Would like to make 100 again let see if I can manage it.

Feeling a bit weary now, time for lunch.
