New toys!!!
So I have been muttering about buying a new laptop for a while. I had a firm plan to save up for one when we got back from overseas. So this morning I tried to watch an internet video and it was anoyingly stuttery. Then this evening I tried another one and it was a total fail. So I went and looked at prices on the web. I talked to sacred_chao about what specs I needed to do what I want and to continue to do so for a while. Officeworks had a couple that looked just right so I suggested that since I needed to go to officeworks anyway for plastic pockes we should mosy on down. Then I looked at my savings account and it contained about a laptop with of money!
So we went.
As we were prowling around, sacred_chao spotted a dead cheap alienware notebook, like he has been lusting after for some time. So he checked his bank (love the internet in the pocket) and decided that it was coning home with him. I found just the thing I wanted too. So the house thisevening has been enhanced by 2 new laptops. 8-> This is coming to you from my shiny new Toshiba Satellite A500. i like it. 8->
New toys are not the best way to get an early night. Time to stop playing and get organised for the morning I think. A lot of software transfer will happen on Sunday!
