Mkay...I'm feeling better. If that's even possible after hearing about this atrocity.
After my parents hid all the bottle rockets from me, I went on a google spree and found out about this little demon movie. I think I heard wrong, but Yoshiki is the PRODUCER and composer of music for the movie. It's called Repo! The Genetic Opera.
Apparently, it's a movie about the world going into a state of chaos when all sorts of people need organ transplants. A company called GeneCo arrives, and will give transplants, but with finance plans. If someone fails to give it, they will reposess the organs by having them killed by assassins.
I'm sorry, Yoshiki--but WHUT. How does horror film+rock musical=Hollywood's newest blockbuster to you? I mean, DID YOU EVEN WATCH House of Wax? Were you not one of the millions of people who LAUGHED when she died? Her acting is non-existant, as is her singing talent.
The movie is scheduled to release April 25, 2008. That's my grandmother's birthday. I feel terrible for her. Actually, I feel bad for anyone who has a birthday that month, including that thing I called my brother.
Oh, but I'm going to force myself to watch this. Oh, yes. And you better expect I will be writing a very LONG, ANGRY rant about WHY it amounted to what I expected it to be. So look forward to that.
On happier note, I pre-ordered Guren today! Wooplah~! I'm so excited. But I'm going to wait until gets hers/her birthday so we can listen to it at the same time and flail together. XD I also ordered Apartment. It was really cheap, and I wanted to watch it, and I'm too lazy to watch it on crunchyroll's lack of a quality, OR pay for it. XD
So I bought it. I'll tell people how that is, too. DON'T SPOILS ME. XD
Oh, and I got bored this morning so I put a purple streak in my hair. XD
