Subject: 2.45 a gallon!!!!
Work went by quick enough, not too hot.
Damn gas prices went up to 2.45 a gallon ACCKKK, well looks like I'll be getting another pay raise:)I'm really fuckin starting to hate Bush
Rehabing my arm is sucking, I've learned to breath in a way that reduces pain, it's a tai chi technique.

Subject: OUCH!!!!
Hey all, I'mmmmm bachmmmm thats way over used, anyway, tonight I saw Dukes Of Hazard, those Duke boys are BADDD they probably deserve a LOT of jail time, the movie was funny as all get up. Finally a worthy remake. Go see it, it really rocked!!
A few weeks ago I was invited out to dinner with some really high ranking black belts keoshe Brian, sensei's Brian. Hanson, Cliff, and some others it was cool Kourtney and I were the only non black belts invited:)
BUT the last few weeks have been lessons in pain. It happened on sparring night I was sparring my sensei when he thought he would be cool and throw me over his shoulder, since this is not something we do I did'nt even try to block it because I did'nt think he would do it....but he did crashing into the floor I went, and he lost his balance fell on me and prevented me from rolling out the damage with a forward roll.....so CRUNCH goes my shoulder it's now seperated and I've known the worst pain of my life, which is saying a lot.
I went to the hospital that night and they gave me a few vicodin and sent me home.....thanx, oh and vicodin sucks for pain.
anyway I know this is sort of a messy post but more to come:)
