12:30 - leave and walk to Borough Market for lunch
13:30 - go to The Old Operating Theatre Museum & Herb Garret
14:30 - go to The Globe's free day of stuff
16:30 - go to Vinopolis
18:30ish - pub (probably The Wheatsheaf)
19:30 - dinner
