So what do we have here?
Today I was woken up by my cell phone ringing, it was a job recruiter. An educational company, whose name I can't find right now, wants me for a teaching assistant. Now thats possibly a job I could take. And so I went back to sleep as it was before noon, but I didn't get to actually fall back to sleep. I got a call from another company, a financial company First Financial. Its a job I am not that interested in all, but interview experience is valuable experience.
Then I went swimming, one of the best trips to the pool of the summer. Not sure why, it just went rather well.
Then I work to a Republican meeting, and I was blown away. First by the utter stupidity of the other people in my position, and then second by the genius of the Republican orginization. They have this system that they are trying to put in place that is amazing. I mean they have bought cell phones for volenteers to make calls from their homes, they have bought blackberrys to keep up to the minute voting records.
The people working there just didn't get it. They just didn't get it. They wanted to try and go after Democrats, anti-war people, and union workers. Our boss just took it and tried to explain that none of those people will vote Republican in this election. There was this one guy who really tried to get our boss to address an anti-war vigil.
