So last night, My brother ranny was watching the special features on the Serenity DVD (Thanks, ajatagge, love you!) and I overheard a snippet of an interview with a Firefly fan who proudly proclaimed, "Firefly is the only cancelled series to be resurrected as a major motion picutre!"

Um... Wha? Did he just...?

Guess he's never heard of a little show-turned-movie-turned-franchise called "Star Trek", then...
