He hadn't been home for long, but the past few days had been busy for Miles none the less. He had spent most of yesterday cleaning up his house, getting rid of the thin layer of dust that covered just about everything. The windows had been open since last night, swapping the stale inside air for fresh outside air. He had done laundry right away, putting fresh sheets on his bed and getting his unclean clothes washed up. He had emptied out his fridge, grimacing at the rotten food inside. It had taken him multiple trips to the cafeteria just to restock his kitchen with the things he needed.
After hours of cleaning house, Miles was now relaxing on his couch, putting off his last few chores so that he could enjoy the breeze sweeping through the living room.
