Ahh yes...Prom, the most famous of nights in one's high school experience. And boy, what a day it was! It was my first prom ever and well I must say, while preparing for prom can be a huge hassle, i believe it's all worth it for the wonderful memories you make along the way. It's one of those things that will stay with me for a long time and all thanks to my great friends, mere aquaintances, strangers, people I see and talk to everyday, people I barely see or talk to ever, etc.
Theres one person though that really made my prom experince truly unforgettable and thats my prom date Ray Kim
. So here's just a little shoutout for him (don't you just feel oh so special ray? you get your own little place in my entry haha)
THANKS SOO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! I still can't believe of all people you would ask me to prom, to think of it, I've never been asked to any dance until you came along. So right off the bat you have already made the prom experience unforgettable because it was a night full of a lot of "firsts" haha. I had a lot of fun just being with you so thanks ray! you are awesome!

Masks!
well lets start off with friday May 19th, the night before prom day. Natalie, Kevin Wang, Jane Kim, Stanley Ung, me, and Ray all went to kevin's house for a mask making party. we arrived at around 8:40 ish PM and stayed til 12:20 ish AM and we didnt even finish making our own masks haha, Natalie the bestest friend I can ever ask for finished making our masks and they turned out great!

After picking up the corsage and gettting my hair and makeup done, I headed over to Stephanie's (Natalie's tennis partner) house to meet up with Nat who was still getting her hair and makeup done. At 1:40 ish PM we left to put on the final product at Nat's house. At 2PM Ray and Kevin were supposedly meeting us at Nat's house. Ray was prompt, Kevin a little late haha. At 2PM Nat's parents and sister came back from Berkeley and the picture and video extravaganza began! haha
Tai Pei LA!
So we left Natalie's at 2:30 PM and went to Tai Pei LA for photos! Taking the photos was quite a funny experience..I dont think I should type it out for everyone to know haha but lets just say I wasn't expecting there to be any phonebooks...

Natalie's House Again!
So after seeing Jane and Stanley at Tai Pei LA we all went to Nat's for more picture taking haha, I don't think I've ever taken so many pictures in one day before, quite exhausting.
PARTY BUS!
After playing a few rounds of Jenga (which I won three times =P), we went to the puente hills mall looking for the double decker bus, better known as the party bus. Once we had our seats, the girls expected it to be windy, but not to the extent of how windy it really was haha!

So we got to the Angels Stadium in one piece, more or less, and went straight to the food! As well as more picture taking before the dancing commenced.

So we await the news of prom court! the prom king is STANLEY UNG! woot! and who would have expected a fireworks show? not me!! it was amazing! ray has it on video!

Fun night! You can tell from the last few pictures that I was pretty tired haha =P
