If you live in or near New York City, and you have even a slight appreciation for Indian food, drop whatever it is you're doing this instant and go to Angon on Sixth. It is, hands down, the best fuckin Indian food, ever. It blows away what I had in London. That crap I ate there was just that -- crap.
The only downside is that it takes about an hour to get your food, but that's only because it is all made to order by an OG Indian lady, and it is made with love. I actually cried whilst I ate it. This place used to be way out in Queens (last stop on the 7 train), but it got so popular w/ the Manhattan crowd that they relocated.
