Christmas this year: SUCCESS. As in, I'm feeling pretty damn good about what I got accomplished. Everyone enjoyed their gifts, and all the 'really important' ones got there in time or have a scheduled arrival that I'm comfortable with.
Me: Exhausted. Ray and Rachel are here, and David still has to work days so it falls to me to feed and entertain. Also the house needs a lot of tidying to make up for holiday madness and contractor madness. And I think the preggoness is finally starting to slow me down.
House: Not so great. Kitchen has no lights still. Nursery-cum-Christmas-Workshop is a disaster area. Still cleaning up after Christmas dinner.
Aloo Chaas for dinner tonight. Not sure what Ray will make of that. :/
