[the call is answered a while later after she's blown off some steam. Her voice is considerably softer.]

[ Souji is on a hike. He comes out of the woods and sees Rin on a huge steamroller after she's done singing. ]

[did Rin's bow just stand up like bunny ears?! Must've been your imagination...

She looks over her shoulder]

Souji? ♪ What are you doing up here?

Hiking.

[ He comes to the base of the road roller, looking at it, then at Rin. ]

Sweet ride.

Is that actually fun...? ♪

[she half-smiles down at him]

[ At first, Madoka probably tried to call back and talk to Rin. But she did hear the phone get slammed so it's pretty obvious that Rin left... So Madoka left her house and started running all over Mayfield in search of Rin.

When she spots her, she waves her arms and tries to catch up. ]

R...r....RIN-CHAAAN! P-please, please wait up!!!

[she almost didn't hear her, but after a moment she notices.

She doesn't stop, but she'll slow down. She'll at least see what she wants. It's not like she's getting in her way. Yet.]

Madoka-chan? ♪

Thank goodness I caught up! I was beginning to worry about you!

[the vehicle keeps rolling along.]

[Shichika wandered aimlessly after returning from the island, there wasn't really much else to do. The entire thing was a waste of time... Togame wasn't here, and he wasn't able to go back. His wandering led him to Makeout Point, where, ironically, he hears singing.

When she goes quiet during the moment that Len would sing, he pipes up.]

[Wait, that voice. Rin doesn't forget voices. She freezes up for a second, then turns around. Confirming who it is, she instantly puts her hands on her hips. But despite her tough act, she's kind of afraid of him, so she doesn't move from her elevated spot.]

No. It's the part Len's supposed to sing.

[An accusing glare.]

[That was her brother, right? That's right... unfortunately, Shichika just stands his ground, not even paying much mind to the glare.]

Oh. Do you two sing together a lot?

[well good, because it's not going to go away. What right does he have to ask her about Len so casually? Grrr.]

We don't, because he's not here.
