Provided you're not actually disrupting the class, Bond'll turn a blind eye to a lot of things. If you want to fail the class by not listening when speaks, he's not going to stop you, but woe betide someone who gets in the way of the rest of the class learning.
However, there is behaviour which will earn your character detention (or another punishment if you can't make it).
Fighting
Physical fights will not be tolerated, and an automatic detention for both parties (except in the case of unprovoked attacks). Fights where powers are used will earn multiple detentions, and Bond coming down like a ton of bricks if the person they're being used against is unpowered.
I'll be taking starting a fight in class as both permission and an open invitation to give the characters involved detention.
Outright Disrespect
Derogatory remarks about Bond, a classmate, or in general are another automatic detention.
ICly refusing to take part in an activity (as opposed to OOCly handwaving instead of playing out, which is more than fine) is more of a sliding scale thing, depending on your character's reasons, how they go about refusing, and how much rope Bond feels like handing them. Though detention will only happen in the most extreme circumstances (he'll usually just come up with highly embarrassing activities for the next class for them instead) and you'll get plenty of warning beforehand.
Absence
Absence from class without letting Bond know (or letting me know OOCly if your character doesn't know) will probably result in detention. An apology would go a long way though. He likes a show of manners.
