(no subject)
I'd say it's about time for an update. I would think that with all this freetime, I would update almost daily, but for some reason I can't seem to find the desire. We'll see how devoted I am this time =)
First and foremost, I am the proud new owner of a Cannonball Big Bell Global Tenor Saxophone (Raven Series). Black nickel plated, dual necks, 2 metal mouthpieces, ice finish...that baby is niiiiice! Hopefully I'll be able to pwn at Auburn in style now! I'm still waiting to hear back from Dr. Good as to whether or not I'll be able to do marching band. As of right now, my schedule would only allow me to attend the MWF rehearsals and not the TR rehearsals. I sure hope everything works out! I would love to run through the tunnel in front of 87,000 screaming fans just once!
Speaking of Auburn, I REALLY need to find somewhere to live. I talked a while with my soon-to-be roomate Leo from Virginia and between the 2 of us, we should be able to afford a sweet crib! It's kinda funny because just about the whole time that we talked via e-mail, I coulda SWORN I was talkin' to a white guy (he's black)...but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he had the same experience with me, haha! In any event, I'm gonna hafta get down there and do that, as well as audition for band.
So...what has gone on today? Not a whole lot outside of xbox-ing with the cousins. I still suck beyond all human comprehension at Halo, but I still can put foot to @$$ in NCAA Football '07. It's nice to even have the time to play, since I was so busy during the school year.
Now that I think about it, I should really go and spend time w/the fam. before they all leave tomorrow.
