Wheee, I made my first batch of marmalade with Seville oranges on the weekend! Bounty ahoy! It took course over three days but it was worth it. I think I have about 12 half-pint jars and it cost me $3 in oranges, $2.25 in sugar and whatever my time might cost. I got the jars for free from Penelope. I didn't water bathe them because Penelope doesn't believe in stuff like that. I'm confident we won't die from botulism.
Warren took this photo of our fridge. It's very likely that something you've sent us in the mail is on our fridge. I hope today is a good day. The sun is out. The weather is mildish. I'm wearing a black pencil skirt with black fine-net floral tights, kitten heels and a baby blue sweater with 3/4 length sleeves. I'm just glad this outfit worked out as well as it did. Satorial laziness be gone.
