Link has all twenty-four masks from Majora's Mask, though most of them sit in the bottom of his pack unused. He just can't bring himself to get rid of them. The more useful ones are in the pouches along his back with his other equipment. These are the Stone Mask, the Bunny Hood, and three of the four transformation masks [Deku, Goron, and Zora]. The Fierce Deity's Mask hangs on the left side of his belt, in plain sight except when he's wearing his cloak.
