(no subject)
I am trying not to think about it, but I have less than 2 weeks home with Brenna :( If I had almost 2 weeks off I would normally be so excited, but to think I only have 2 weeks left is awful. The big decision is do I work 20 or 24 hours per week???? If I work 20 I will try 3 8 hour shifts one week and two the next, and for 24 it would be 3 per week. If either of those don't work well, I can try adding 12 hour shifts in, but I really hate working 12's. I change my mind everyday. Some day's 4 more hours seems like nothing and worth it for a little more money and other days I can't imagine why I would work 4 extra if we can make due without the money.
Brenna had her first big set of shots today :( She wasn't too bad at first but was pretty crabby once we got home. She is under her gym right now and being her normal happy self again. She weighs 11lbs 1oz today! She is exactly 5 pounds more than she was when she was born. That is 5 pounds in 9 weeks. Tomorrow we have two more appointments. I feel like we are always at some Dr or having some nurse at the house. I counted today that since she was discharged 7 weeks ago, we have had 11 appointments with various doctors and nurses. After the 2 tomorrow and 1 next week, she has nothing until March 18th, but I'm sure that will change. See, when I think about all these appointments I lean towards working only 20hrs/week.
I guess that is it. Can't wait to see my girls on Sunday!
