What have you been doing while the store has been closed?
Shortly after the closing, I took a part-time job at a local garden center. But after that incident with the clippers However, I found the work not to my liking - the abuse the staff inflicted on the camellias was a travesty - and soon quit.
Place wasn't worth working for, anyway. People with low pain tolerance shouldn't work in a store that stocks hedge clippers to begin with. I found a job at a Brazilian steakhouse. Lasted a month before the poisoning before a mishap certainly perpetrated by another member of the kitchen staff forced the place to close.
People should know the difference between belladonna and basil, anyway. Ignorance is no excuse for an inability to differentiate between seasonings and deadly hallucinogens.
Well, suffice to say that after that I opted to stay at home and work in my greenhouse for the remainder of the cafe's closing. Oh-- I discovered an excellent way to cross-breed a venemous orchid - I'm considering naming it after someone I know. Any takers?
