B. House: Travels the world with Tiffany, spent the first three years of her life learning martial arts in the same Dojo Snake first learned the ways of the ninja.
C. Circumstances of Conception: ...Once upon a time. No wait wrong type of beginning.
One day on a typical military day word came out that a mysterious woman named Tiffany was to be brought onto the base in order to gain her knowledge of not only the Italian mafia crime syndicate, but also the Scottish, Irish and even Triad head honchos. Yet somehow the moment she stepped on base she kicked veritable ass-impressed the general and became an honorary Joe (which she called a 'vulgar name, needs something far more flattering.') Snake was admittedly terrified of the woman and took to feeling like only a ninja can yet somehow both got their DNA in the hands of COBRA and well they decided to mix up the genetic map of two of the baddest mofo's this side of the century. Luckily before the child could be raised to take over the world Snake, Tiffany and the Joe's rescued the kid.

1)Once fought the ghost of Hitler due to a time shift in the space time continuum and won.
2) Could drink an entire rugby team under the table and then sing a rousing tune about lady like behavior.
3)Is secretly as quiet as her father, but enjoys being loud and boisterous when the situation calls for it. But either way she knows sign language almost better then she does English, French, German, Dutch and Swahili.
