On and on and on...

We just finished the Entertainment District arc of Demon Slayer, and my goodness this series. We have very mixed feelings about it, because the action is very cool-looking and exciting, but the battles just go on and on and on forever and ever and ever. Normally, we'd be like, "Well, that was fun, but now I'm tired of fighting and we can stop watching it now," but dang if they didn't make us care about the characters and where the story is going. So for now, we're going to get back to Seven Deadly Sins and see if we still care about the story in Demon Slayer after we've gotten some distance.

...I guess that's all I have to say today...except for one thing I just remembered. This afternoon, I decided to play the new hymns with a metronome to make sure I had the right idea of what the tempo was supposed to be on all of them, and I was very pleased to discover that the vast majority of them are either right about as fast as I naturally played them or just a little bit faster. So if people try to tell me I'm playing them too fast, I will know that they are wrong.

I'm thankful for finishing another arc in Demon Slayer, getting back to Seven Deadly Sins, completing one more map in Pokemon Snap, work going okay even with a surprise sorta simulpub popping up, and my internal metronome not being too fast for the new hymns.
