Falling behind
Work did not go well today. ...Okay, maybe it went well, as in, I think we did a pretty good job, but it didn't go well in the sense of finishing our desired work quota. This is one of those fantasy series where you can't tell if the words are made-up or based on something, like mythology or Harry Potter or whatever, so we end up doing a lot of research to find the most appropriate spellings. I think we did pretty good for what we were able to find, but I'm not sure we found the information we needed to find. Sigh.
That being the case, our schedule continues to be in flux. Right now, we're still determined to believe that we have free time. We'll see if that changes next week. But for tonight, we finished Skyward Sword. Overall opinion...the puzzles and figuring stuff out were pretty fun, and it's fun actually swinging the sword (until the game starts requiring precision), but the story was a little...okay, I guess.
Today I'm thankful for getting as much work done as we did, having time to finish Skyward Sword, having plans to sleep in on Saturday, getting some nice rain, and fuzzy slippers.
