Subject? What is this, an essay?

Hey ups, whoever's-reading-this-even-though-I'm-totally-dull! Not much to write about, still drowning in wintery depression, tiredness and self-loathing (as you can see) and trying not to whine too much about it (guess how I'm doing! No really, guess!).

Predictably:
- I loooved this week's Community - drunk people, Troy being awesome, Jeff/Britta making out and LOTS of Farscape references! Oh Abed, I'd discuss Farscape with you anytime, and no funny stuff either, I promise! Who'd want sex when you can have Farscape discussions?! That's just weird.
- Also looooved this week's The Vampire Diaries (OMG Damon/Elena hotness) and Misfits (OMG nooo, Future!Simon! Sadness!). I wish all shows could be this fast-paced and consistently exciting. :/ Although maybe then it would become boring, IDK.

Less predictably:
- I'm actually kinda really excited for Merlin tonight! I know I'm setting myself up for major disappointment, but I just can't help but nurse that tiny glimmer of hope that THIS TIME someone will find out Merlin is magic. Preferably without some magic memory wipe after, but I know, baby steps!
- Actually been watching some movies lately, nothing too exciting (although no amount of torture will make me reveal how much I loved Step Up 3D). Watched An Education but that just bummed me out, kinda depressing. Anyone got any other tips? Nothing that'll make my brain hurt though, I'm too freaking tired for that. Tonight I think I might watch that Scott Pilgrim movie everyone was talking about half a year ago, or maybe Avatar.

PS: Courtesy of this month's Indie Rock Playlist, I present to you the most awesomely weird but still totally AMAZING song ever: Zombies On Your Lawn. Featuring cutesy twee singing, zombie background vocals, dolphin chatter and lots of lolz. <3 Someone needs to make a Walking Dead video to this, lord knows that show could use the levity...

i: love zombies, tv: misfits, tv: community, tv: the vampire diaries, movies: misc, i: reject reality and substitute tv, tv: merlin, misc: bitching and moaning, music: misc
