Trying to get back to posting on a daily basis, because appearantly the alternative is once every NEVER. What can I say, I tend to get set in my ways. Currently contemplating starting a TV project of epic proportions that even I would call CRAZY NUTS AND INSANE. The idea still needs some molding (although it has been lodged in my brain for a long time now) and I haven't committed to it 100% yet, but odds are I will once I run out of Person of Interest episodes. And if/when I do you'll all almost definitely de-friend me so .... here's until then! :D
Because yeah, running out of POI episodes is definitely going to make me super-sad: the episodes I watched today were nutso in the bestest possible ways. I think I had it all backwards - this isn't a procedural with thriller-y elements, it's the other way around - it's a thriller disguised as a procedural in order to lull you into a false sense of security and then proceed to BLOW YOUR MIND. Well, mission accomplished on that one, the end of season 1 and first two episodes of season 2 were fantastic and mind-blowing and jaw-dropping and I need to caps lock and exclaim about them like so:[Spoilerssssss] AMY ACKER! CARRIE PRESTON! HAROLD GETS KIDNAPPED! BY ROOT! WHO IS PLAYED BY AMY ACKER! REESE GOING ALL "I WILL BURN UTICA TO THE GROUND IF I DON'T GET MY BFF BACK"! THE MACHINE IS ALIVE(-ISH)! CARTER AND LIONEL FIND OUT ABOUT EACH OTHER! AND THEN HAVE DRINKS AND BECOME BUDS! CARTER AND REESE GO ON A ROAD TRIP AND GET STUCK IN A MOTEL ROOM WITH ONLY ONE BED (BECAUSE OF COURSE THEY DO)! REESE AND FINCH GET A DOG!
Okay, giving myself a headache from yell-typing, but yeah, they were gooooood episodes with reveals and questions actually answered and plot progression - basically like how TV should be all the time, but sadly isn't. I'm really going to be so bummed when I run out of episodes (which will be soon, at the rate I'm going). Atleast the season should be continuing soon, I hope.
Late to bed again, see what I mean about set in my ways? *Sigh*
